We currently deemed an essential service and all clinics are still operating.

We are taking all reasonable steps to mitigate the risk of virus transmission within our premises between clients and staff, and following Department of Health Guidelines.

• We have installed perspex screens on top of all counter tops.
• Clients have the option to wait in their cars in the carpark and call us when they arrive. We will then call you when you can enter the clinic. The doors will be open so there is no need to touch anything and you can then be seated directly in the consultation room.
• The audiologist will be wearing protective equipment as deemed necessary
• Appointment times will be reduced to the shortest time required.
