Philippa is the Paediatric Audiologist at our Brighton clinic. After completing her Master of Audiology Studies at the University of Queensland in 2017, she worked at the Queensland Children’s Hospital. During her time there, she worked with infants and children of all ages with complex illness, disability and behavioural needs. She regularly joined trips to test children’s hearing in remote Aboriginal communities in Queensland and also completed a research paper on hearing management for children with a syndrome or craniofacial abnormalities after their newborn hearing screen. Philippa understands the balance of having fun and being thorough when testing children’s hearing. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys taking her black kelpie to local beach for a long run.
