HEARING PROFESSIONALS FREE HEARING TEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms (“Terms“) govern your use of our promotions advertised by Hearing Professionals and/or Bayside Hearing Clinic. The offer advertised for ‘Free consultation’ at Bayside Hearing Clinic, ends on the 31st of July 2021.
Lyric devices are not eligible or available under the Commonwealth Government Hearing Services Program (HSP). The free consultation does not extend to the supply of written reports and is only eligible for individuals 26 years old and over.
By using the Site and reading these terms you acknowledge and agree that you have read and fully understand the Terms and you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to the Terms, please do not use the Site or continue with this offer.
